The Onam Festival Celebration at Vidyodaya Public School's Pre-Primary Section was filled with colour, joy, and cultural learning. Through a beautiful Pookalam, storytelling on King Mahabali, and creative colouring activities, children learned about the traditions and values associated with Onam while enjoying a memorable festive experience.

The Rainy Day Activity conducted by the Pre-Primary Section of Vidyodaya Public School introduced children to the joys of the rainy season through creative and interactive experiences. From learning about healthy monsoon foods to colouring activities and floating handmade paper boats, the event combined fun, learning, and imagination, creating memorable moments for the young learners.

The Bunny's Inauguration Ceremony for the academic year 2026-27 was celebrated with enthusiasm at Vidyodaya Public School, Udupi. The programme featured the inauguration of the Bunny Apron, an inspiring address by the Principal, fun-filled activities, and the formal induction of young learners into the Bunny Unit of Bharat Scouts and Guides.

The Pre-Primary Section of Vidyodaya Public School celebrated Guru Purnima with a meaningful and age-appropriate activity to help children understand the importance of teachers in our lives. The teachers explained that Guru Purnima is celebrated in honour of Maharshi Vedavyasa, the revered sage who compiled the Vedas and authored the Mahabharata. The day is dedicated to expressing gratitude and respect to all gurus (teachers), who guide us with knowledge, wisdom, and values.

The Fancy Dress Competition conducted for Sri Krishna Shishumandira 'A' and 'B' students at Vidyodaya Public School provided young learners with a joyful platform to showcase their creativity, confidence, and stage presence. Dressed in colourful and imaginative costumes, the children delighted the audience with their enthusiastic performances and self-expression.

The Kargil Vijay Diwas Celebration in the Pre-Primary Section of Vidyodaya Public School introduced young learners to the courage and sacrifices of the Indian Armed Forces. Through simple explanations, patriotic discussions, and a colouring activity, children learned about the significance of Kargil Vijay Diwas and expressed gratitude towards the brave soldiers who protect our nation.

The Vanamahotsava Celebration in the Pre-Primary Section provided young learners with an engaging opportunity to understand the importance of trees and environmental conservation. Through colouring activities, plantation demonstrations, sapling planting, and interactive discussions, children learned valuable lessons about protecting nature and creating a greener future.

The Doctor's Day Activity conducted for the Pre-Primary students of Vidyodaya Public School on 1 July 2026 helped children understand the importance of doctors and healthcare services. Through colouring activities, doctor role-play, and interactive learning using toy medical equipment, students gained valuable knowledge while expressing gratitude towards medical professionals.

The Pre-Primary Section of Vidyodaya Public School celebrated International Yoga Day with enthusiasm and joy. Children learned the importance of yoga through interactive sessions, colouring activities, yoga postures, and a unique Mandala Yoga activity. The programme promoted physical fitness, mental well-being, teamwork, and healthy habits among young learners.

The Pre-Primary Section of Vidyodaya Public School observed World Blood Donor Day on 12 June 2026 through creative and awareness-based activities. Children participated in colouring, thumbprint, and palm-print activities while learning about the importance of blood donation in a simple and child-friendly manner. The programme promoted kindness, compassion, and social responsibility among young learners.

The Pre-Primary Section of Vidyodaya Public School celebrated Republic Day with enthusiasm and patriotism. Teachers explained the significance of Republic Day and the Indian Constitution in a simple manner. UKG student Aarya Santhosh portrayed Dr. B. R. Ambedkar, and a colouring activity allowed children to express their love for the nation creatively.

Vidyodaya Public School organized a joyful Jolly Drive for its Pre-Primary students on 17 December 2025. The children enjoyed a safe school bus ride up to Padukere Beach, singing songs and bonding with friends and teachers. The activity promoted joyful learning, social interaction, and confidence among young learners.

The Pre-Primary Section of Vidyodaya Public School celebrated Gita Jayanti on 01 December 2025 with devotion and enthusiasm. Children chanted shlokas, enacted Lord Krishna and Arjuna in the chariot, and learned the values of duty, discipline, honesty, and righteous living. The programme created a spiritually enriching environment for both teachers and students.
