The Pre-Primary Section of Vidyodaya Public School, Udupi, celebrated its Annual Day with great joy and enthusiasm on Monday, 24th November 2025.
The Chief Guest of the event was Dr. Sundeep P. T., Associate Professor and Senior Consultant, Department of Paediatric Surgery, Kasturba Medical College, Manipal. The President of the School Management Committee, Sri N. Nagaraj Ballal , and the Principal, Smt. Anitha P. Raj, were ceremoniously welcomed to the stage by the school band. Smt. Latha R. Nayak then extended a warm welcome to the gathering.
The programme was compered by Srinivas Shenoy of UKG–A Section.Welcome speech was done by Aadya Karanth of UKG-B section. The Principal, Smt. Anitha P. Raj, addressed the audience with a brief introduction of the chief guest . The Chief Guest, Dr. Sundeep P. T., appreciated the children for their wonderful performances and also emphasized the importance of health and well-being. Sri N. Nagaraj Ballal Working President of School Management committee appreciated the achievement of the students.
The Vote of Thanks was presented by Aarya Santhosh Poojary of UKG–C Section.
The cultural programme commenced with a vibrant welcome dance by the children of LKG–C Section. The tiny tots captivated the audience with their graceful moves and colourful attire. The celebration continued with a series of entertaining performances that showcased the talents, confidence, and creativity of the young learners.
The event was graced by the presence of the Chief Guest Dr. Sundeep P. T., School Management Committee President Sri N. Nagaraj Ballal, Treasurer Sri U Padmaraj Acharya, Principal Smt. Anitha P. Raj, and enthusiastic parents, who enjoyed and appreciated the programme wholeheartedly.
The Annual Day concluded with the national anthem by the coordinators and teachers of pre primary section on a joyful and memorable note, celebrating the achievements, talents, and spirit of the little stars of Vidyodaya Public School.
