Jolly Ride 2026 was organized by Vidyodaya Public School for Classes I and II on 21st February 2026. Students enjoyed a scenic bus ride through nearby areas under teacher supervision. The joyful outing provided a refreshing break from routine, strengthening friendships and creating happy memories.

Entertainment Day UKG Section 2026 was celebrated on 21st February at Vidyodaya Public School with patriotic tributes, Solar System skits, The Gingerbread Man enactment, classroom rule demonstrations, and vibrant talent performances. The event concluded with fun-filled games and trophy distribution for parents and students.

Vidyodaya Public School students from Classes I–IV showcased their brilliance in the Rotary Quiz Competition organized by Rotary International. The 45-minute written test assessed Logical Thinking, Mathematics, Science, and General Knowledge. Aarush Shetty secured 1st Runner-Up, while Sriyan Prakash Kuckian won 2nd Runner-Up, bringing pride to the school.

Arush Shetty of Vidyodaya Public School secured Second Prize in the National-Level Abacus and Vedic Mathematics Competition held at Udupi. Competing with students from across the state, he demonstrated exceptional speed, accuracy, and mental calculation skills, bringing great honour and recognition to the school.

Entertainment Day Celebration LKG 2026 at Vidyodaya Public School was celebrated with colourful dance performances, creative skits, special talent showcases, and interactive games for parents and children, promoting confidence, creativity, and joyful learning.

Vidyodayapex-2026, a Philatelic and Numismatic Exhibition, was organised at Vidyodaya Public School as part of the Golden Jubilee celebrations of the Dakshina Kannada Philatelic and Numismatic Association and the Decennial celebrations of the Manipal Philately and Numismatic Club, promoting the value of stamp and coin collection among students and visitors.

Kalarava 2026, the annual cultural fest of Vidyodaya Public School, Udupi, was celebrated with great enthusiasm on 31 January 2026. The event showcased students’ talents through drama, dance, music, traditional art forms, and skill-based presentations, making it a vibrant celebration of culture, creativity, and teamwork.

Vidyodaya Public School organized a workshop on exam strategies and confidence building for Class 10 students to support effective preparation for the Board examinations. The interactive session focused on stress management, time management, structured study planning, and confidence building, motivating students to face exams with clarity and confidence.

The Pre-Primary Section of Vidyodaya Public School celebrated Republic Day with enthusiasm and patriotism. Teachers explained the significance of Republic Day and the Indian Constitution in a simple manner. UKG student Aarya Santhosh portrayed Dr. B. R. Ambedkar, and a colouring activity allowed children to express their love for the nation creatively.

Vidyodaya Public School conducted an academic workshop for Class IX students and their parents on 23rd January 2026. Facilitated by resource person Mr. M. Jaikishan Bhat, the programme focused on time management, bullying, communication skills, stress management, and effective parenting during adolescence, offering valuable insights for holistic student development and mindful parenting.

The Pre-Primary Section of Vidyodaya Public School celebrated the Paryaya Festival with devotion and enthusiasm, introducing young learners to the rich spiritual and cultural heritage of Udupi. Through enactments of sacred rituals, colourful processions, cultural performances, and prasada distribution, children experienced the essence of the traditional Paryaya festival in a meaningful and joyful manner.

The Pre-Primary Section of Vidyodaya Public School, Udupi, celebrated Makara Sankranti with devotion and enthusiasm through traditional rituals, cultural representations, and joyful activities. Children actively participated in recreating festive traditions, learning about Sankranti celebrations across India, and enjoying Ellu Bella distribution and creative activities.

Vidyodaya Public School celebrated Gita Jayanthi on 23rd December 2025 with devotion and spiritual fervour. Students and teachers chanted selected chapters of the Bhagavad Gita, complemented by Yakshagana Talamaddale, a skit on Geeta Mahatva, Gita Antyakshari, and Geetarati, inspiring everyone to follow the path of righteousness and devotion.

Vidyodaya Public School hosted a Written General Knowledge Quiz for Classes I–IV, organized by Rotary, to promote logical thinking and academic skills among young learners. Selected students from each class participated in a challenging written test covering mathematics, science, and general knowledge, showcasing confidence, focus, and enthusiasm.

Vidyodaya Public School solemnly observed the Prathah Smaraniya Sri Sri Vishwesha Theertha Swamiji Aradhana on 22 December 2025. The programme included lamp lighting, bhajans, Vishnu Sahasranamam chanting, and Anna Prasadam, bringing together students and staff in devotion, unity, and remembrance of Swamiji’s life and teachings.

The Pre-Primary Section of Vidyodaya Public School, Udupi, observed the Aradhana of Prathah Smaraniya Sri Sri Vishwesha Theertha Swamiji with devotion and reverence. The programme included lamp lighting, bhajans, flower offerings, prasada distribution, and a colouring activity, helping young learners imbibe spiritual values in a meaningful and engaging manner.

NCC cadets of Vidyodaya Public School actively participated in the 10-day Combined Annual Training Camp (CATC) held at MIT, Manipal. Guided by their ANO, the cadets underwent intensive training including drills, weapon training, physical fitness, and personality development, strengthening leadership, discipline, and teamwork.

Vidyodaya Public School organized a joyful Jolly Drive for its Pre-Primary students on 17 December 2025. The children enjoyed a safe school bus ride up to Padukere Beach, singing songs and bonding with friends and teachers. The activity promoted joyful learning, social interaction, and confidence among young learners.

Marave Marmarave Drama at Vidyodaya Public School As part of its commitment to holistic and value-based education,  Vidyodaya Public School  organized a special cultural programme on 17 December 2025.
