The Pre-Primary Section of Vidyodaya Public School celebrated Guru Purnima with a meaningful and age-appropriate activity to help children understand the importance of teachers in our lives. The teachers explained that Guru Purnima is celebrated in honour of Maharshi Vedavyasa, the revered sage who compiled the Vedas and authored the Mahabharata. The day is dedicated to expressing gratitude and respect to all gurus (teachers), who guide us with knowledge, wisdom, and values.

Vidyodaya Public School proudly conducted its Investiture Ceremony on 11 July 2026 at Rangamandhira, formally inducting the newly elected Student Council for the academic year. The ceremony celebrated leadership, responsibility, and student empowerment through oath-taking, badge presentation, inspiring speeches, and a grand march past.

To celebrate Vanamahotsava, our students from Classes I to V participated in a vibrant series of eco-friendly activities—from leaf art and plant identification to creating impactful "Green Earth, Clean Earth" posters. Discover how our young learners are taking steps toward a greener planet.

Vidyodaya Public School celebrated International Yoga Day on 20 June 2026 with enthusiastic participation from students of Classes I to X. Guided by experts from Patanjali and school leaders, students practised yoga asanas, breathing techniques, and Surya Namaskara, gaining valuable insights into physical fitness, mental well-being, concentration, and holistic development.

Children learned the importance of yoga through interactive sessions, colouring activities, yoga postures, and a unique Mandala Yoga activity. The programme promoted physical fitness, mental well-being, teamwork, and healthy habits among young learners.

The Pre-Primary Section of Vidyodaya Public School observed World Blood Donor Day on 12 June 2026 through creative and awareness-based activities. Children participated in colouring, thumbprint, and palm-print activities while learning about the importance of blood donation in a simple and child-friendly manner. The programme promoted kindness, compassion, and social responsibility among young learners.
