Reaffirming its commitment to fostering a strong partnership between parents and educators, a Parent Orientation Programme for Classes VI to VIII was conducted on Friday, 29th May 2026 at Vidyodaya Public School under the able leadership of the School

Managing Committee and the Principal, Mrs. Anitha P. Raj.


The orientation sessions were organised class-wise in the Conference Hall to ensure the smooth and effective conduct of the programme while enabling maximum parent participation. Through visually engaging PowerPoint presentations, the teachers of the respective grades offered parents a comprehensive overview of the curriculum, teaching methodologies, and assessment practices adopted to monitor and enhance student learning.


The session also familiarised parents with the school’s rules and regulations, code of conduct, co-curricular activities, and the support expected from parents in nurturing students’ academic and personal growth. Special emphasis was laid on the institution’s commitment to providing a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for every child. The Coordinator, Mrs. Shubha Rao, effectively elaborated on the important guidelines and policies of the school, ensuring clarity and understanding among the parents.


The programme concluded with an insightful address by the Principal, Mrs. Anitha P. Raj, who highlighted the significance of holistic development and underscored the importance of a collaborative partnership between parents and the teaching fraternity in shaping confident, responsible, and well-rounded individuals.
