Karnataka Rajyotsava

Karnataka Rajyotsava was celebrated by the Pre-Primary Section of Vidyodaya Public School, Udupi with great enthusiasm.

The teachers explained the importance of the day and spoke about the great freedom fighters of Karnataka. To mark the occasion, children took part in various class activities such as colouring the Karnataka map and offering flowers to the photo of Kannada Ambe. The students also sang the state song “Jaya Bharata Jananiya Tanujate” (Nada Geethe) with pride and joy.

The celebration helped the little ones understand the value of their culture and instilled in them a sense of love and respect for the state of Karnataka.
