On June 5, 2025, Vidyodaya Public School celebrated Environment Day with great enthusiasm. The highlight of the event was the sapling plantation drive, where 35 saplings were planted by our Principal, Coordinators, teaching and non teaching staffs, and higher-class students. This initiative aimed to promote environmental sustainability and raise awareness about the importance of greenery.
Students from Class I to X showcased their creativity by decorating their classrooms with beautiful saplings. This activity not only added a touch of greenery to the school premises but also fostered a sense of responsibility among students towards the environment.
Class IX and X students organised a collage-making competition on the theme "Think Green, Live Clean". This activity encouraged students to think creatively about environmental conservation and express their ideas through art.
The Primary Section conducted an assembly focused on environmental awareness, where students participated in various activities and presentations that highlighted the importance of protecting our planet. Class I to V students engaged in a drawing activity related to the environment, showcasing their creativity and understanding of environmental conservation.
The Environment Day celebration was a huge success, promoting environmental consciousness and encouraging students to adopt eco-friendly practices. The event instilled a sense of responsibility among students, inspiring them to contribute to a greener and more sustainable future.Vidyodaya Public School's Environment Day celebration demonstrated our commitment to environmental education and sustainability.
