A workshop on “Positive Discipline: Understanding Its Approach and Implementation in Educational Setup” was conducted on 28th May 2025 at 9:00 AM in the Conference Hall of Vidyodaya Public School, Udupi. The session was led by Mrs. Hamsi Kirthi, School Counsellor and Clinical Psychologist.
The workshop focused on promoting a constructive approach to discipline that encourages mutual respect, empathy, and responsibility among students. Mrs. Hamsi elaborated on practical strategies that educators can adopt to build a positive classroom environment while maintaining boundaries and expectations.
